After reconnecting with able-aid, I can’t start the "hearing test". Please tell me how to resolve.

You can solve the problem by following the steps below.

■Operating procedure

1. Open Bluetooth on the settings screen.

 

2. Press connected to the right of "αble-aid" on your device.

 

3. You will hear a beeping sound from "αble-aid".

4. Launch the app ("αble-EQ").

5. When "αble-aid" is displayed in the red frame in the figure below, you can start the adjustment test.

 

6. If you are unable to start the “hearing test” with this procedure, please contact us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
